The use of an activity tracker is highly recommended to keep track of your daily activity. Two options are available to you : 1. Do you own a Garmin or Withings wearable? You can pair it with our moveUP application to keep your physiotherapist informed of your daily physical activity. A dedicated information module describing the coupling process will be sent to you in the application. 2. You don't have a Garmin or Withings wearable? You can link the application to the health application on your phone. The step-by-step instructions for this connection will be clearly presented to you in a dedicated module during your monitoring.*
